hello. Just wanted to write a quick little update. My carbonmade website can be found at www.jeanettelyn.com. Jason is helping me put together a new website right now, which I'm really excited about!!! And it will still be under www.jeanettelyn.com which is sweet. i got an idea!!

Late one night I did this quick sketch in painter...not sure where it came from, lol. Anyway, I thought of a children's book story to go along with it and wrote it out. I'm in the process of refining her character, editing the writing, and laying out the story right now... sooo much fun!!!

Rivanna Park

About a week or so ago Jason and I went to Rivanna Park and did a bit of landscape painting. I haven't done this in awhile, so it was really nice!

This is one of the many characters I created while I put together my Carter's Portfolio. It would be a lot to post everything, but I particularly liked this little guy... so there you go!
There is good news and bad news regarding Carter's. Bad first: No internship for me this summer =(. Good News: Had a great time in Atlanta during my interview. Plus, they would like me to intern in November! This is assuming they have the budget by then. hmmm...
Oh well... guess we'll see.
For the time being Jason and I will be staying in lovely Charlottesville, VA. =)
